Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of critical reporting, project execution, and cross-functional coordination for SSG and GA operations.

- Lead the development and enhancement of advanced dashboards in SCI.

- Manage high-impact weekly reports covering backlog, shipments, and inventory.

- Drive IT enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities to improve operational performance.

- Serve as the primary escalation point for GA customer critical situations.

- Partner with GSC, DT, and IT teams on digital transformation initiatives, including SCI upgrades, S4 deployments, and data migration.


Job Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to handle responsibilities of significant scope, complexity, and strategic impact.

- Strong technical expertise in data reporting, dashboard development, and system enhancements.

- Experience in managing UAT, deployments, and IT-driven process improvements.

- Proven capability in cross-functional collaboration and project execution.

- Ability to act autonomously and exercise sound decision-making authority.

- Experience in escalation management and resolving critical customer situations.
