Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Senior Specialist who will lead the execution of Motorola’s retail marketing strategy across Poland. In this role, you’ll work closely with key retail partners, distributors, and the sales team to bring the Motorola brand to life across all retail touchpoints — from online stores to physical shelves.

Your mission will be to ensure that every consumer experience reflects Motorola’s DNA: bold, innovative, and iconic.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the main marketing contact for retail and distribution partners, ensuring strong day-to-day collaboration and flawless execution of joint plans.
  • Develop and implement retail marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand visibility and sell-out performance.
  • Work in close partnership with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and market opportunities.
  • Manage co-op marketing budgets and ensure all retail investments deliver measurable ROI.
  • Co-create media plans and joint marketing calendars with retail partners, ensuring optimal presence across digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate the creation and deployment of digital materials, in-store communication, and retail activations, ensuring premium brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the field force team (managed separately) to ensure consistency and high-quality execution in stores.
  • Support new product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns in cooperation with partners and agencies.
  • Monitor shopper insights, competitor activity, and retail trends to continuously improve effectiveness and innovation in retail marketing.

What we're Looking For:

  • Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in retail or trade marketing, ideally within consumer electronics or FMCG
  • Proven experience in retail partner collaboration and joint marketing planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
