Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1、负责联想私有云产品的质量保障工作
2、参与产品需求和架构设计评审，评估需求和技术架构的合理性和可测性
3、跟踪定位测试过程中发现的问题，与开发人员讨论问题解决方案
4、通过制定、优化质量管理相关流程、策略、方法，引入/开发测试工具/框架，持续提升产品质量和效率，提升产品使用体验
岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业。5年及以上Web端产品的质量保障经验。
2、熟悉测试理论和测试用例设计方法，能够独立根据需求设计完善的测试用例、搭建测试环境、准备测试数据、执行测试并整理测试报告。
3、有3年及以上云计算领域的质量保障经验，熟悉计算、存储、网络相关领域知识，熟悉OpenStack、ceph架构。
4、熟悉linux系统、docker常用操作命令。熟练编写python脚本。
5、熟悉主流开源的自动化和性能测试工具和框架。有API/UI自动化测试经验。
6、熟悉性能测试理论、工具和调优方法，有服务端性能测试经验。
7、工作认真细致，责任心强，有较好的学习能力、沟通能力、团队协作精神，能主动发现问题，推动项目持续改进。有项目管理、跨组织项目协同、团队管理等经验。
8、有生成式AI相关开发、测试经验者优先。有测试框架、工具开发经验者优先。有稳定性测试、安全测试等专业测试领域经验者优先。
