Description and Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Support regional marketing initiatives, including product rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met across markets.
  • Maintain project governance templates and source of truth, risk tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate status updates with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, global and local.

Budget Operations:

  • Manage regional budget planning and tracking for all franchises and operational initiatives.
  • Partner with finance and commercial teams to ensure accurate forecasting and spend control.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support ROI analysis for strategic investments.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Develop data patterns and establish collect formats across multiple sources
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs and Budget Controls reports
  • Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and market trends to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with BI and data teams to ensure data integrity, reports maintaince and actionable insights.
  • Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, financial operations, or analytics, preferably in telecom or mobile industry.
  • Strong command of Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, Jira).
  • Familiarity with telecom KPIs, mobile technologies, and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
