Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Senior Product Managers and Product Owners to define product requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Drive and track execution of multiple hardware and software components, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Write, refine, and groom product stories; track ownership, milestones, and dependencies across global teams.
• Collaborate with cross-Business Unit stakeholders—including Development, Services, Consumer, SMB, and Commercial—to maintain master feature requirements and manage overlapping release schedules.
• Lead and participate in technical review sessions (quarterly/monthly) with Product Owners and Development leads to align on execution progress.
• Translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear business use cases, ensuring product-market fit.
• Conduct usability studies, architecture reviews, and design flow evaluations to refine product direction and improve customer experience.
• Monitor industry trends in AI/ML, LLMs, and edge-to-cloud solutions to inform Lenovo’s product vision.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in software or hardware product management roles (AI, ML, or Cloud preferred).
• Proven experience working with Agile workflows and Scrum-based development teams.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric use cases and product requirements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• English language proficiency (written and verbal) for effective coordination and presentation with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technology or business-related field.
• Experience using AI tools for product story creation, requirements management, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with release cycles of both hardware and software products.
• Strong knowledge of hardware components, OS deployment, and release management.
• Fluency in AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Demonstrated ability to review system architecture, technical design flows, and conduct product usability analyses.
• SaaS knowledge and familiarity with data privacy/security best practices.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
