Description and Requirements

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the plan and design of advanced AI agents for enterprise applications, ensuring the AI product align with both business strategies and technological trends.

• Define, manage, and drive the AI product roadmap from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, with a focus on scalability and excellence in product performance.

• Define the operational metrics, encompassing promotion, user acquisition and retention, and data analytics to enhance product effectiveness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, architecture, security, legal) to translate business and requirements into actionable technical and design specifications.

• Integrate UI/UX best practices into the design and iterative improvement of AI products to ensure a superior user experience.

• Perform comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to inform product strategy and prioritization.

• Establish key performance indicators and regularly monitor product performance to drive continuous improvements and operational excellence.

• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing clear, concise updates on product progress, risks, and strategic opportunities.

岗位要求/Job Requirements:

• Extensive proven experiences (over 10 years ) in product management, specifically within AI technology or related digital product domains.

• Deep understanding in AI technologies and AI trends and practical familiarity with UI/UX design principles.

• Demonstrated ability in designing, launching, and scaling AI-driven products in complex enterprise environments.

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a track record of successful product operations and marketing initiatives.

• Leverage prior experience in enterprise digital transformation initiatives to identify and implement practices that support large-scale organizational change.
