Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Indonesia’s mid-market segment (companies with 100–1000 employees).
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, and education.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored hardware solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to Lenovo’s growth in the region.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in computer hardware, IT solutions, or tech distribution.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia’s mid-market landscape and regional business dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Ability to work independently and travel across regions as needed.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
