Summary - As Business Analyst you will be part of our Warranty Fulfillment team, responsible for analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and optimizing end-to-end warranty operations. Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility:
1. Lead or participant in projects to achieve business enablement or system enhancement for warranty service applications.
2. Engage in Go-To-Market activities in Service domain, support external customers on presales and service deliveries.
3. Work on AI solution design and delivery for both internal and external customers, provide qualified and reliable AI solutions.
4. Solve warranty service system daily operation issues, keep business running.
5. Proactively check warranty service systems health status, optimize system performance and stability, fix system potential risks.
6. Communicate with business users to understand the requirement and pain points for warranty service system and take appropriate actions.
7. Provide trainings to internal or external stakeholders, including system architecture, business process, system functionalities etc.
Requirement:
1. At least 6 years of relevant working experience on business analyst, product manager or functional consultant. Proficient in IT solution design, system management and project management.
2. Proficient in at least one prototype design tools, e.g. Figma, Axure RP etc.
3. Know basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, better to have D365 work experience.
4. Have problem deep diving ability, can solve system issues independently. D365 configuration ability is preferred.
5. Good communication skills, can use English as daily working language, Chinese language is a plus.
6. Good capability on team collaboration, can play a suitable role on cross team cooperation job.
