Description and Requirements

As a GDPS Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative solutions that support Lenovo’s global initiatives. This role blends technical expertise, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality service delivery across imaging, provisioning, and configuration platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Project and workflow development
  • Process design and re-design
  • Automation initiatives
  • Addressing manufacturing and product issues that impact configuration services
  • Licensing, End-of-Life OS, new OS, and hardware decommits activity
  • Supporting Sales, OEM, and Customer interactions (RFPs, offers, solutions)
  • Cross-functional engagements with global initiatives to maintain and support configuration tools and systems
  • Supporting Global Product Services Offering development and readiness sign-off

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of modern IT architectures (IaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservices).
  • Technical expertise in client devices (PCs, tablets) and configuration services.
  • Experience with structured troubleshooting and IT system testing.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and writing/gathering IT system requirements.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies and predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and service delivery best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-changing technical environment.

Base gross monthly salary from 3 100EUR , depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
