Description and Requirements

About the Role

We are seeking a Microsoft Licensing & Cloud Solutions Specialist to lead our customers through the transition from Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) to Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programs. This individual will serve as both a strategic advisor and product expert, working closely with our sales teams to design optimal licensing strategies, demonstrate economic value, and position Lenovo’s Digital Workplace Solutions as key enablers of customer success.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Microsoft licensing professional with a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365, who thrives on combining technical insight, business acumen, and consultative selling to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • EA to CSP Transition Leadership:
    Lead and manage all conversations related to Microsoft EA-to-CSP transitions in partnership with Lenovo sales teams.
  • Strategic Licensing Advisory:
    Analyze customer environments and propose optimal licensing paths to maximize value and cost efficiency.
  • Solution Evangelism:
    Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Lenovo Digital Workplace Solutions portfolio.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Participate in customer meetings, webinars, and events to educate and influence enterprise decision-makers.
  • Content Development:
    Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling customer-facing materials, campaigns, and communications.
  • Training & Enablement:
    Support internal teams by sharing insights, best practices, and guidance on Microsoft licensing updates and strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Enterprise licensing for large enterprise accounts (>1,000 seats).

  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Enterprise Agreements (EA) and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) licensing models.

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365 product suites.

  • Microsoft Certifications required:

    • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

    • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

    • Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910 or MB-920)

    • Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Licensing Certification (required)

    • Advanced certifications are a strong plus.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (fluent).

  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and customer engagement skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing customer migration paths from on-prem to cloud licensing models.

  • Demonstrated success in conducting customer webinars, campaigns, or thought leadership activities.

  • Background working within or alongside large enterprise IT or vendor ecosystems.
