Description and Requirements

Responsible for Warehousing FG operation

- Coordinate area supervisors

-Responsible for operational costs

-Guarantee Warehousing Service Levels

Experience Required - at least 3 years in Logistics Operations (warehousing, freight forwarding, customs clearance, etc)

Abilities & Soft Skills:
-Able to deliver clear, concise verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization & follow through on commitments with minimal supervision.
-Take full ownership of tasks, decisions, and results & navigate and resolve conflicts constructively.
-Adjust priorities and strategies in response to changing business conditions.
-Problem-Solving Diplomacy & Emotional Intelligence

-People management at direct & indirect levels

Required Qualifications
-Proven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
-In-depth knowledge of SAP Inventory Modules.
-Experience in financial projections using historical data.
-Strong understanding of warehousing operations; 3PL experience is a plus.
-Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
-Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
-Fluent in English and Spanish .
