Description and Requirements

岗位职责
1.敏捷组织与文化建设
* 担任多个团队的 Scrum Master / Agile Coach,组织 Sprint 计划、站会、评审与回顾,促进跨职能协作(前端/后端/底层/AI/测试/运维)。
* 设计并推动敏捷文化建设与培训营(Agile/DevOps/度量训练营),提升团队自驱力与改进意识。
* 建立团队效能评估与反馈机制,形成持续改进文化与知识沉淀。

2.敏捷管理流程与标准化治理
* 梳理并固化研发流程(分支策略、代码评审、发布检查清单、变更合规、审计追溯等)。
* 推动价值流分析与流程瓶颈识别,实现端到端交付路径优化。
* 设计并维护研发流程模板与最佳实践库,确保跨团队流程一致性与可复用性。

3.效能平台与工具链建设
* 建立自动化度量采集与可视化体系,构建“效能看板”与洞察闭环,实现数据驱动决策。
* 以 “数据即产品” 思维推动度量资产化,持续优化 DCT/DD 等核心指标的计算与呈现。

4.效能指标体系与分析治理
* 设计并落地研发效能度量体系,定义 DCT、DD、可靠性等指标口径并对齐业务目标(如 DCT ≤ 7.5、DD ≤ 1.2)。
* 负责研发效能数据分析、周/月/季度看板输出与改进措施制定。
* 建立跨团队指标复盘机制,输出效能趋势、问题洞察与改进报告。

岗位要求:
1.核心能力
* 2 年以上团队级 Scrum Master / 敏捷教练经验(支持 ≥3 个团队优先)。
* 熟悉 Scrum、Kanban、Lean、价值流分析(VSM) 等敏捷方法。
* 熟练使用 Jira / Azure DevOps / GitLab / Jenkins / SonarQube 等工具链。

2.软技能
* 出色的跨团队沟通与引导能力,擅长会议引导、冲突协调与回顾主持。
* 数据分析与可视化思维,能够通过指标洞察驱动决策与改进。
* 强烈的责任心与持续改进意识,能够在复杂环境中推动落地。

3.加分项
* 持有敏捷相关认证(CSM、PSM、ICP-ACC、SAFe、PMP 等)。
* 具备项目管理或 DevOps 落地经验。
* 英语工作沟通能力良好,能支持跨区域协作团队。
