Job Responsibilities:

• Lead HR AI project end-to-end with a results-driven approach.
• Communicate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and pain points.
• Design generative AI solutions for HR related business, including technology selection, architecture design, and data processing workflows.
• Draft detailed solution documentation, including technical plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates.
• Oversee overall project planning and management, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams to facilitate smooth and effective testing.
• Address various issues during the project to ensure the achievement of project goals.
• Provide technical consulting and support to internal users in the field of AI & generative AI, addressing their technical inquiries.
• Acting as an AI tech product manager to increase user experience for HR systems and products.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the Generative AI field. Proven track record of launching AI products in enterprise.
• Ability to lead complex AI projects with multiple stakeholders, navigating dependencies and driving to successful outcomes.
• Wide knowledge of GenAI and RAG strategies, micro services, MCP, A2A, recommendation systems, and prompt engineering.
• Deep understanding of LLM, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration of AI agents.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization, capable of influencing and engaging diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of the AI market, with the ability to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Workday is also preferred.
