Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel strategies that align with company sales goals and market dynamics.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners to broaden market coverage
  • Maintain and strengthen existing partner relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and incentive programs.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics (KPIs), such as sales figures, lead conversion, and market share—adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, finance) to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and partner alignment.
  • Negotiate and manage partner contracts, agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Identify and resolve channel conflicts or obstacles to maintain a fair and productive partner ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Typically, over10 years of experience in sales, account management, or channel/distribution management, including over 3 years people management experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics to track performance and derive insights.
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability to respond to evolving market demands.

Desirable

  • Additional skills such as multilingual ability or experience in specific industries may be advantageous.
