Description and Requirements

We are seeking a professional to join our Logistics Procurement team in the EMEA region. This role focuses on sourcing and procurement execution, supplier management, and driving operational excellence across logistics functions.
You'll be responsible for:
  • Sourcing and Procurement Execution: Manage EMEA logistics operations, including VMI, warehousing, customs clearance, domestic and international transportation, and other supply chain elements. Handle sourcing executions, RFQs, RFIs, and benchmarking activities.
  • Contract Management: You will be responsible for the administration, updates, amendments, and archiving of logistics contracts.
  • Support negotiations with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to achieve cost efficiency and favorable terms.
  • Support monthly and quarterly supplier reviews, manage performance metrics, drive process improvements, and oversee corrective actions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration and performance.
  • Daily Operations: Managing daily assignments, rates/tariffs, contract deployments, and negotiations.
  • Schedule, set up, and follow up on Supplier Quarterly Business Reviews across the continent.
  • Handle business cases, projects, rate analysis, and contract deployments.

You'll bring:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize processes
  • Proven experience in supplier management and relationship building
  • Solid understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiations and cost management
  • English fluent: spoken & written

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1950 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
