Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities: 1. Undertake software project management for Visuals products and solutions, with a primary focus on Monitor and interactive large format display (iLFD) solutions. 2. Manage the entire software project lifecycle, encompassing concept development, planning, development, testing, engineering implementation, product launch, and post-launch service support. 3. Plan and oversee software update projects to drive continuous improvement of software products, while managing software versions and release processes. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Service, Sales, Product Assurance, and Quality Control to address customer complaints and resolve relevant issues effectively. 5. Manage external partners such as ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers), and IHVs (Independent Hardware Vendors) to ensure their work aligns with predefined requirements and expectations. 6. Work with internal cross-functional teams to participate in product definition, software security reviews, open source reviews, software accessibility reviews, software preload reviews, and software publishing processes. Job Requirements: 1. Possess proven experience in software project management, preferably with a focus on hardware-related software products (e.g., Monitor, iLFD) or related technical fields. 2. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the entire software project lifecycle management process, including proficiency in project planning, risk control, and cross-team coordination. 3. Have strong cross-functional and cross-partner collaboration capabilities, with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to drive project progress smoothly. 4. Familiar with software development processes, version management, and release mechanisms, and have experience in participating in or leading software update and iteration projects. 5. Possess good logical thinking and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of project objectives in a complex work environment. 6. Demonstrate a proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to adapt to dynamic business needs and project challenges.
