Alliance Offering Specialist
Role Summary
The Alliance Offering Specialist is responsible for developing and managing joint service and solution offerings in partnership with key technology alliances such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, IBM, and SAP. This role bridges strategic partnership collaboration, solution design, and go-to-market execution—ensuring offerings deliver differentiated value aligned to both companies’ goals and customer needs.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with alliance partners to identify joint market opportunities and co-develop integrated service or solution offerings.
Offering Development: Define the joint value proposition, use cases, and solution architecture by engaging with internal product, engineering, and services teams.
Alignment and Strategy: Ensure offerings align with both organizations’ strategic priorities, technical capabilities, and target markets.
Commercial Design: Develop business and pricing models, financial structures, and packaging options that drive profitability and competitiveness.
Go-to-Market Enablement: Partner with marketing and sales enablement teams to create messaging, collateral, and sales plays that drive adoption.
Lifecycle Management: Monitor offering performance, collect partner and customer feedback, and refine the joint offering portfolio over time.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the liaison between alliance, offering management, sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and alignment.
5+ years’ experience in alliance management, product management, or service offering development within the technology or cloud services sector.
Strong understanding of cloud, AI, and hybrid IT ecosystems and how partners like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud operate.
Proven ability to collaborate across organizations to align strategy, technical capabilities, and business objectives.
Excellent communication, program management, and analytical skills.This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the U.S. with preference for the Eastern or Central time zones. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office—great for collaboration and connection!
