This role is pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making by providing data-driven visibility into delivery performance, efficiency, cost, and capability improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis
-
Capture, consolidate, and maintain operational data and delivery metrics for the HCSAI business.

Translate raw data into meaningful insights, trends, and visualizations to support decision-making.

Identify gaps, patterns, and improvement opportunities across delivery operations.

Operational Reporting
-
Lead the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports for leadership reviews.

Develop dashboards and scorecards that showcase delivery performance against key KPIs.

Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership on delivery trends, risks, and opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with delivery leads, business unit heads, and vertical leaders to align operational data with business objectives.

Partner with finance, strategy, and operations teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of data.

Support strategic initiatives by providing data insights and business impact analysis.

Strategic Performance Reporting

Track and report performance across the 5 Cs framework: Cost, Capability, Capacity, Competitiveness, and Customer value.

Provide quarterly updates highlighting key changes, improvements, and strategic shifts in delivery performance.

Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting cadence, and analytics maturity.

Required Skills & Experience:
-
10–15 years of experience in Business operations, business analytics, or delivery performance management, preferably in a cloud or infrastructure services context.

Proven expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.).

Strong understanding of delivery metrics, operational KPIs, and business performance frameworks.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership and global teams.

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking ability with a high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Operations, or Analytics.

Experience in Hybrid Cloud Delivery, Automation, or Infrastructure Services Operations.

Exposure to financial analysis and cost optimization in IT delivery environments.
