Lenovo is seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in sports technology to lead pre-sales engagements, design end-to-end solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to sports organizations. This role blends technical strategy, client advocacy, and solution implementation, requiring strong collaboration across sales, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales teams in client meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions with sports organizations.
• Lead technical discovery to understand client pain points, tech stacks, and strategic goals.
• Architect integrated solutions using Lenovo’s platform and third-party systems.
• Deliver tailored technical presentations, demos, and architecture diagrams to diverse audiences.
• Create solution cost models and detailed proposals, including scope documents and SOWs.
• Collaborate with Lenovo’s partner ecosystem and R&D hubs to drive innovation.
• Advocate for client needs internally and provide market feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Guide delivery teams during implementation and maintain technical ownership through pre-sales.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in solution architecture or technical pre-sales, with 2+ years in sports tech.
• Experience designing solutions for fan engagement, data analytics, ticketing, and venue tech.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud, APIs, microservices, AI/ML, and integration patterns.
• Skilled in diagramming and presentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io).
• Passion for sports and understanding of industry-specific challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
