Description and Requirements

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
1.Operational continuity: Support Lenovo internal DT function team on the data analysis of sales performance and customer insights, including advanced Power BI dashboard setup. The contextual application of AI tools is preferred.
2.Portfolio management: Understand Digital transformation program and project management theme, and master basic knowledge on the budget spending and outlook, resource planning. A good grasp of digital transformation strategy and project management knowledge is preferred.
3.Change Management & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain documentation, manage tool deliverables including software updates and feature enhancements, and ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades and process optimizations.
岗位要求/Job Requirements:
• Skills:
o Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.)
o Skilled in Power BI for data modeling and visualization
o Basic financial knowledge, understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes
• Experience:
o 2+ years of experience in project management or data analysis
o Experience in portfolio management or strategic operations is a plus
• Core Competencies:
o Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity
o Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively in cross-functional environments
o Good command of English reading and writing
