Job Requirements:
1. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of the HR system, Workday integration process including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and executive teams, to define Lenovo home-grown product requirements, roadmap, and strategy.
3. Responsible for integration requirement review working with multiple stakeholders to drive end-to-end integration solutions.
4. Implement software integration between various business applications and Workday using Workday Studio, Workday’s API, EIB inbound/outbound, boomerang integration, and Workday reporting services.
5. Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including functional specifications, integration technical specifications, user stories, and use cases.
6. Troubleshoots and assists end user with issue or daily inquiry about related system.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS (HR system design) or similar role in HR or HCM domain.
3. Strong understanding of HR processes and functions, preferably with hands-on experience in Time & Attendance or Payroll module.
4. Better to have Project Management experience in HR software projects.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Good at PPT and presentation skills, in English.
7. AI-related software experience is preferred.

3. 对人力资源流程和职能有深刻的理解,最好有工时考勤或薪资模块的实际操作经验;
4. 有人力资源软件项目管理经验者优先;
5. 具备出色的分析和解决问题的能力,对细节有敏锐的洞察力;
6. 擅长PPT制作和演示技巧,英语流利(英语口语为必须项);
7. 具备AI 相关软件设计经验者优先。
