Lenovo is seeking a Customer Demand Specialist for our hub in Bucharest to join Lenovo’s Intelligent Device Group (IDG).

You will represent the brand and collaborate with local markets to share prospect qualifications and potential opportunities, gained over phone and email conversations with the end customer. As the profiling database grows, the Profiling Specialist will additionally drive lead qualification gained from Marketing Campaigns.

You will also work very close and in constant touch with your Infrastructure Solutions Group peer (ISG), based in Bucharest to identify and define the common projects for your territories, where you need to merge and grow into One Team, with the scope to expand and present in front of our customers Lenovo’s entire product and solution portfolio proposition.

The scope? Increase Customer & Prospect awareness of Lenovo’s broader product and solution portfolio and generate Customer Demand Generation.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Country Sales organization to define a list of customers and potential prospects to be nurtured and qualified into sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with your Customer Demand peer (ISG – infrastructure side) located in Bucharest to ensure tight collaboration on the lead management process, as well as on common projects and initiatives.
  • Perform customer calling and e-mailing to qualify prospects, detect leads, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure detailed and accurate profiling and data entry in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Pass qualified leads (via e-mail and Dynamics) to the local sales team for execution.
  • Focus on multiple demand generation projects with the overall objective of generating leads for the sales force.
  • Effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes, while contributing to defining and streamlining existing processes to benefit both you and the business.
  • Act as an active team player in all business activities, contribute to team projects, and lead by example within the Demand Generation organization.

Position Requirements:

  • Dutch native or proficient speaker + English
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • Positive attitude, creative thinker, resilient and driven to provide high-quality customer service
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer calling or engagement role (e.g., support, business development, customer project management, or pre-sales), with comfort in cold calling (~30-40+ calls per day, adjusted per territory and aligned with the Team Lead).
  • Basic knowledge of the IT business; product and solution training will be provided.
  • Experience with CRM tools preferred (e.g., MS Dynamics, Genesys), along with strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, proactive, goal-oriented, and forward-thinking, with a strong phone presence and experience working in an open call environment.
  • Commitment to achieving both individual and team performance goals.
