岗位职责：

1、主导研发团队知识体系的智能化升级，重构现有知识体系，组织数据清洗与结构化，确保知识可被AI高效识别和调用。

2、协调内部团队及外部供应商，推动数据内容标准化与智能化，设计分类标准和检索逻辑，推动知识文档标准化、智能化。。

3、搭建AI知识管理智能体，集成智能检索、问答、预测分析，实现自然语言精准匹配。

4、推动智能体与研发团队业务流程深度融合，提升知识复用和问题解决效率。

5、调研用户反馈，持续优化功能和体验。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上，计算机、信息管理、数据科学、人工智能等相关专业优先；

2、3-5年知识管理、文档架构或AI应用开发经验，有知识图谱、智能问答系统项目经验优先。

3、熟悉NLP、大语言模型、机器学习等技术。

4、精通Python，了解数据处理（Pandas、PySpark）、数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL、MongoDB、Milvus）、搜索（Elasticsearch）、ETL工具及实时计算框架（Flink、Spark Streaming）。
