Description and Requirements

Due to rapid growth across Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG), we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for all assigned roles within the America's Solutions and Services Business. This position will play a critical role in building talent pipelines for specialized service delivery, solutions, and sales profiles that enable SSG’s continued expansion.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as the primary consultant to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners across SSG, guiding the end-to-end hiring strategy—from defining talent needs and sourcing strategy through candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer negotiation. This role requires deep expertise in identifying and engaging passive, high-caliber candidates in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive recruiting for new and emerging SSG skill sets, including services delivery, solutions architecture, consultative sales, managed services, and advanced technology roles aligned to Lenovo’s strategic growth initiatives.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for SSG North America roles while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring teams.
  • Lead proactive, passive-candidate sourcing efforts, utilizing headhunting techniques, competitive intelligence, social platforms, advanced Boolean sourcing, talent mapping, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future-facing roles, ensuring the business has access to top passive talent ahead of need.
  • Manage requisition intake, prioritization, and execution for SSG while partnering globally across Lenovo’s TA teams.
  • Develop and negotiate complex offer packages, including compensation, equity/LTI, relocation, or immigration requirements.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs across geographies to ensure alignment with regional hiring processes and workforce planning needs.
  • Participate in cross-functional or global TA initiatives, leading special projects that support SSG’s talent strategy.
  • Partner with the business on workforce planning, funnel analytics, hiring forecasting, and talent insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Flex across time zones when necessary to support global teams, candidates, or TA peers.
Basic Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional-level recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring passive talent.
Preferred Requirements
  • Recruiting experience in technology, services, or solutions-led organizations, especially within service delivery or sales.
  • Prior lead or project ownership experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated strength in passive sourcing, talent market intelligence, and competitive research.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical reporting, funnel metrics, and data-driven recruiting insights.
We follow a friendly hybrid office attendance model with three days a week in the office—great for collaboration and connection!
