【岗位职责】
1.负责AI应用服务端产品的设计及开发；
2.参与需求梳理，工作量评估及方案设计；
3.根据研发项目进度要求，按时完成开发任务，并通过单元测试，接口测试等进行质量保障。
4.支持AI网关平台的设计和开发，确保平台在高并发、大数据量场景下的稳定运行与高效扩展
5.基于LangChain、Dify、AutoGen等主流框架进行二次开发，构建符合业务需求的 Agent 服务
6.通过业务数据和知识库对现有模型进行RAG增强和拓展


【岗位要求】
1. 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上JAVA后端开发经验，具备良好的工程实现能力
2. 精通spring、mybatis等框架，熟悉spring cloud微服务，熟悉restful接口规范，
3. 熟悉DDD领域驱动模型设计，具备很好的架构能力和思维
4. 对python有一定了解，能快速上手开发
5. 熟悉mysql/postgresql、Doris；熟悉常见的开源分布式中间件、缓存、消息队列等
6. 熟悉AI Agent开发流程及相关框架，对AI应用开发有浓厚的兴趣和热情，有意愿长期从事相关工作
7. 具备极强的探索学习能力、较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够独立开展工作并落地
