Description and Requirements

At Lenovo, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease & Billing Operations Specialist to support our leasing and billing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate contract management, data integrity, and seamless billing processes across global teams.
What you’ll do:
  • Support lease administration activities across the full leasing lifecycle
  • Prepare, review, and maintain lease documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Populate customer lease agreement templates and coordinate execution with clients
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of lease contracts within internal systems
  • Reconcile discrepancies between lease documentation and data from internal/external sources
  • Extract and analyze data from Lease Management Systems to support billing and accounting teams
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems
  • Collaborate closely with fulfilment and finance teams to generate monthly customer invoices
  • Identify and resolve billing issues with internal stakeholders and external partners (including LFS)
  • Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in billing, lease administration, finance operations, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately across systems
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced English (mandatory) – daily interaction with international stakeholders
  • Experience with Lease Management Systems, SAP, or similar tools is a plus
