Lenovo is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our Global Accounts team in Italy. This is a permanent, full‑time role focused on managing and growing strategic enterprise customer relationships within a global, matrixed sales environment. The position is suited to an experienced Inside Sales professional from the IT industry who is comfortable operating independently, collaborating internationally, and supporting complex customer needs in a dynamic market context.
The role covers Italian enterprise customers, works closely with a Global Account Manager, and interfaces with multiple internal teams across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop day‑to‑day commercial relationships with assigned global enterprise customers in Italy
• Act as the primary operational sales contact, handling customer requests related to pricing, orders, products, and updates
• Drive incremental revenue growth within existing accounts through portfolio expansion and solution positioning
• Coordinate pricing configuration, negotiations, and margin management in line with Lenovo commercial guidelines
• Support RFPs and structured customer buying processes within assigned accounts
• Collaborate closely with the Global Account Manager to ensure aligned customer communication and execution
• Work cross‑functionally with finance, product, and supply chain teams to support end‑to‑end order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate forecasting, account reporting, and pipeline management versus agreed targets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Commercial Sales within the IT industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with pricing structures, commercial negotiations, and revenue forecasting
• Professional fluency in English is required
• Professional fluency in Italian is required due to customer coverage
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow‑through
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international, matrix environment
