Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire lifecycle of in-vehicle testing projects, from requirement breakdown and test strategy planning to project execution and final delivery acceptance. Lead testing risk assessments.
2. Proficient in core project management methodologies, including automotive R&D processes such as Agile/Scrum or APQP/IPD. Expert in mainstream project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, version control tools SVN/GIT, KPM).
3. Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with multiple stakeholders including R&D, production, suppliers, and customers. Coordinate internal/external resources to resolve cross-departmental defects and issues during project execution.
4. Establish a test quality evaluation system compliant with European automotive quality standards; lead end-to-end bug management, overseeing defect discovery, classification, tracking, and driving closed-loop lifecycle control.
5. Prepare bug reports including R&D quality assessment and analysis reports, accurately identifying high-risk modules to provide foundational data for regression verification.
6. Summarize experiences and develop training materials to enhance team collaboration.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Communications Engineering, or related majors.
2. Experience: 10+ years in automotive testing (preferably cockpit/ADAS/body domain), with 5+ years in automotive project management/development management/test management.
3. Proficiency in English as a working language, with fluent spoken and written communication skills. Capable of independently conducting technical exchanges with overseas teams and drafting English technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in German is advantageous.
2. Experience in in-vehicle testing project management for luxury brands or Tier 1 suppliers.
