Key Responsibilities
• Establish and operate a formal intake and review process for all initiatives impacting Protected Data or regulated operations.
• Enforce compliance gating to ensure no integration, system change, or operational activity proceeds without required approvals.
• Ensure all integration activities align with the approved Integration Plan and do not proceed prior to CMA non-objection where required (NSA Article II.C).
• Maintain a centralized integration and change register with clear tracking of status, approvals, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews across IT, product, legal, supply chain, and services teams.
• Evaluate proposed activities for impact on Protected Data, access controls, personnel eligibility, and system boundaries.
• Prevent unauthorized or premature access to Protected Data, including pre-Integration Plan restrictions (NSA Article II.E).
• Document all gating decisions and maintain evidence for audit and regulatory review.
• Escalate non-compliant or high-risk activities to the Security Officer.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Strong governance and structured change management experience.
• Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and apply them to operational workflows.
• Strong coordination and cross-functional leadership capability.
• High attention to detail and documentation discipline.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, public policy, or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance operations, or program management in regulated environments.
Citizenship Requirement
U.S. citizenship required.
Availability and Travel
Primarily standard business hours with occasional time-sensitive coordination needs. Limited travel.
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $100k - 170K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
