Description and Requirements

🚀 About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our ISG Latin America Commercial Operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting business strategy by working closely with Sales, Finance, and regional leadership teams. The position focuses on data analysis, process improvement, reporting, and forecasting to enable informed decision-making and business performance optimization.


🛠️ Responsibilities:

  • Create, support, and maintain an effective, timely, and accurate Sales Management System (BMS) for the assigned ISG LA segment.
  • Support and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
  • Analyze actual performance versus plans, identifying and clearly explaining underlying variances.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on topics such as order booking, quota analysis and allocation, target attainment, performance tracking, pipeline management, and supply chain priorities.
  • Systematically maintain territory management records within the CRM.
  • Lead and manage multiple continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc business optimization projects.
  • Analyze large datasets to develop strategic recommendations for Sales, Finance, and Management teams.
  • Continuously develop and enhance forecasting models, analyze historical results, and provide business recommendations to executive leadership based on insights.
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop, implement, and manage business processes, systems, reports, and strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Operations or commercial operations roles, with strong exposure to business analysis and analytical reporting.
  • Languages: Intermediate English.
  • Technical Skills:

-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required).

-Experience with Power BI is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

-Strong attention to detail with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

-Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.

-Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.

-Self motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and committed; able to work independently and autonomously.
