Description and Requirements
Are You ready for your next career step?
We are looking for a Analyst for Logistics and Operations who will be mainly responsible for import /export agenda related distribution of restricted GPU material.
What You will do:
- Coordinate import /clearance process with the country IOR and appointed broker, Lenovo sales org. (both onshore /offshore)
- Create manual connote and shipping documents to organize return if defects from the country (incl.. export/clearance process control with the broker/EOR)
- Cooperate with LV trade and Tax compliance team on resolving delivery failure incidents
- Monitoring and managing performance of logistics vendors
- Resolving international logistics and custom clearance delays
- Analysis of routing parameters to improve/enhance optimization as deemed necessary
- Identifying and driving savings opportunities
- Define packaging and labelling requirements for GPU export /import from /to given country
- Help to define Inbound/outbound operational requirements
- Archiving and record keeping of customs related documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of working experience in international logistics (Europe-META region and spare parts logistics experience is a plus)
- Experienced in EOR/IOR, EORI requirements, knowing export /import formalities (incl. declaration procedure)
- Knowing logistics operations: international forward and reverse (e.g. Incoterms, Billing terms, service levels, etc.)
- Understanding of products classification (HTS)
- Knowledge of Europe-META custom systems (incl. specific data requirements) is preferred
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
