Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1. Deeply understand new product features, technical advantages and target user personas, and develop engaging video content (such as unboxings, feature demos, lifestyle shorts, competitive comparisons) based on real-world usage scenarios.
2. Lead end-to-end video content planning, covering concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding and collaboration with production teams, to ensure content accuracy, creativity and emotional resonance.
3. Appear on camera in short-form videos to demonstrate product features, study setups and lifestyle use cases in natural, fluent English.
4. Develop and execute a strategic content calendar for key overseas markets (including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia) across platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
5. Monitor global social trends, competitor activities and platform algorithm updates to continuously optimize content formats, tone and publishing cadence.
6. Collaborate closely with PM, MKT and GEO teams to maintain brand consistency, ensure message accuracy and support regional localization needs.
7. Track and analyze content performance metrics (views, engagement rate, conversion impact, etc.), generate actionable insights and inform future content iterations.
Job Requirements:
1. Holds a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Arts or a related field.
2. Has 2+ years of experience in content strategy, social media management or digital marketing within consumer electronics, tech hardware or fast-moving consumer goods, with proven success in overseas markets.
3. Possesses strong product sense, able to quickly grasp technical specifications and translate them into clear, user-focused benefits; passion for laptops or smart devices is a must.
4. Has in-depth knowledge of overseas social ecosystems (including YouTube, TikTok), such as content formats, audience behaviors and industry best practices.
5. Boasts excellent creative storytelling skills, with demonstrated ability in scriptwriting and high-impact concept development; video editing or production experience is a plus.
6. Is fluent in English (both written and spoken) as a working language.
7. Is highly creative, culturally aware and execution-oriented, with an eye for aesthetics, sensitivity to internet culture and the ability to deliver work under tight timelines.
