Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Define and Manage Data Metrics & Measurement Frameworks

  • Design and maintain end‑to‑end KPI and metric frameworks to evaluate product outcomes, user experience, and system performance
  • Ensure metrics are well-defined, consistent, and decision‑ready across platforms and applications

Translate System and User Behaviors into Analyzable Data Models

  • Structure complex system behaviors (e.g., user interactions, decision paths, state transitions) into analyzable data concepts
  • Work with engineering teams to standardize logging, event schemas, and analytical semantics

Lead Data‑Driven Continuous Improvement (PDCA Loop)

  • Formulate data‑backed hypotheses for product and system optimization
  • Measure impact through controlled analysis and experiments
  • Drive concrete actions based on insights, closing the loop from analysis to execution

Support Business and Product Decision‑Making

  • Provide structured, actionable insights to support prioritization and strategic decisions
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, efficiency gaps, and improvement opportunities through data

Act as the Data Product Interface Between Business and Technology Teams

  • Translate business questions into clear data product requirements (Data PRDs)
  • Review and validate data deliveries to ensure they meet business evaluation needs

Note: This role does not include ownership of data platform infrastructure, data pipelines, or ETL development.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with AI‑enabled systems, automation, or intelligent decision‑making products
  • Familiarity with process‑driven or state‑based systems (e.g., diagnostics, support flows, rule‑ or agent‑based systems)
  • Exposure to complex, multi‑system or multi‑stakeholder environments
  • Experience establishing or governing shared metrics across teams or platforms
  • 5+ years of experience in data product management, data analysis, or related product roles
  • Strong capability in designing metric systems and performance evaluation frameworks
  • Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement
  • Excellent structured thinking and cross‑functional communication skills
  • Ability to independently define problems, design analytical approaches, and synthesize conclusions
