Description and Requirements

Position Summary
We are looking for a Finance Junior Analyst to support Gross to Net (GTN) activities, ensuring accurate financial processing related to customer incentive programs. This role involves close collaboration with multiple internal teams and provides analytical and operational support for forecasting, approvals, and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process credit and debit notes related to customer incentive payments.
  • Support Gross to Net (GTN) calculations, analysis, and accounting activities.
  • Work closely with Channel teams, who design and manage incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with Billing to ensure accurate financial execution and reconciliation.
  • Provide ongoing support to Finance stakeholders (forecasting, approvals, GTN accounting).
  • Coordinate with the ACC team on credit notes, debit notes, and related financial transactions.
  • Maintain frequent interaction with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial support.
  • Assist with reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP.
  • Previous experience in finance operations, accounting, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with incentive programs or GTN processes is a plus.
