Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Act as the end-to-end business owner for the Latin America (LA) regions, align the Desktop (DT) yearly targets, monitor the regional performance in terms of shipment, revenue and margin throughout the year, and conduct monthly performance reviews to ensure the targets are on track.

2. Conduct regular data analysis on the LA market, collect insights from the LA regions regarding the latest market trends, market opportunities and competition status, and propose strategy plans or actionable measures to the leadership for further implementation.

3. Bridge and solve LA-related operational issues related to Desktop business, and guide the LA regions on the mission and objectives of the DT business unit.

4. Provide LA business cases on products to internal teams to ensure the smooth launch of products, and align with internal teams on product features and specifications that meet the needs of the LA regions.

5. Manage the DT product portfolio for the LA regions, including overseeing product launches and the entire product lifecycle.

6. Ensure that all LA-related certifications and compliance requirements are effectively communicated to and implemented by internal teams.

7. Track order loading, product shipment and product demand planning for the LA regions, and strive for product supply to meet regional needs.

3. Be highly collaborative and have the ability to influence others without formal authority.

4. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to provide direction, set targets and formulate plans.

5. Have strong coordination skills to solve problems involving cross-functional teams, and experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires innovation.

6. Be a highly ambitious individual who is open to learning and can adapt to changes quickly, with strong self-initiative to identify areas for improvement.

7. Possess excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to maximize results and productivity, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.

8. Have strong analytical skills to measure, manage, analyze and report on KPIs, and the ability to make decisions based on results.

9. Hold a bachelors degree or above.

10. Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese are a bonus; Chinese Mandarin is preferred for easier internal communications.

11. Overseas education or working experience is preferred.

12. Be able to work flexible hours to fulfill the global responsibilities of the role.
