Join Lenovo’s Global Accounts Inside Sales team in France as an Inside Sales Specialist supporting strategic multinational enterprise customers within a global, matrixed sales environment.
This is a permanent, full‑time role based in Rueil‑Malmaison (Paris area), partnering closely with Global Account leadership and cross‑functional teams across Europe, META and beyond. The position follows a hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) and may include travel for customer meetings, tenders/e‑auctions, and quarterly business reviews. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day‑to‑day commercial execution for assigned global enterprise accounts, ensuring responsive, high‑quality customer support.
• Drive incremental growth within existing customers by expanding portfolio penetration (PCs/workstations and related services) and improving share of wallet.
• Own pricing execution and governance: prepare quotes, coordinate approvals, support negotiations, and run recurring monthly repricing activities in line with Lenovo guidelines.
• Coordinate structured buying processes (RFPs, tenders, e‑auctions), ensuring timely, accurate submissions and internal alignment.
• Partner closely with Global Account stakeholders and the extended account team to align customer strategy, communication, and execution.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to support end‑to‑end order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and account reporting; proactively manage risks and opportunities versus targets.
• Participate in customer cadence (touchpoints and QBRs) and support onsite engagement when needed, including approved travel.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, IT or similar) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or commercial sales within the IT/technology industry (enterprise customer exposure preferred).
• Strong capability in enterprise commercial fundamentals: quoting, pricing structures, margin awareness, and basic contract/commercial concepts.
• Experience supporting customer procurement cycles such as RFPs/tenders (including e‑auctions) and navigating multiple stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English and French
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate effectively in a global, matrix organization.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline to balance sales drive with recurring operational tasks.
• Ability to work in a hybrid 3+2 model with 3 days onsite in Rueil‑Malmaison and flexibility to travel when customer needs require.
