Description and Requirements

■About Organization
- NEC Consumer business planning manager managing NEC LAVIE brand PC business planning and leads business plan execution in collaboration with multi-functional team.
- Project lead for profitability improvement of Japan consumer business.
- Report to NEC Consumer 4P Business Planning Lead, Senior Manager
■Roles and responsibilities
- Develop 4P strategy (product / price / place / promotion) for NEC consumer PC business
- Annual / quarterly business planning based on market/customer/competitor survey and analysis
- Product line up and price/by-channel/promotion planning for revenue and profit management
- Manage sales promotion budget and rebate program
- Supply forecast based on alignment with sales planning and demand estimation
- Strategy implementation to marketing/sales and other teams(global/domestic business unit team)
- Lead projects for premium mix growth/ profitability improvement in Japan consumer business
Must to Have
・ Over 3 years’ experience of business planning or strategy role at manufacturing business -
・ Dealing with scientific and mathematical approach
・ Communication skill based on logical thinking
・ Analysis skill - English and Japanese capability as business level - PPT / Excel skill (usage: share analysis/plan financial calculation)
Nice to Have
・Experience in IT industry
・Experience of sales, marketing and operation role for consumer market
・Finance knowledge (P/L management etc.) - Project management skill
