Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of the Desktop PRC business and product operation work.
2. Be responsible for China business planning and management, including STAMP and Mx, to ensure efficient delivery of targets.
3. Lead China MI & MKT Analysis and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
4. Undertake end-to-end (E2E) DT product operation and lead Geo/Solve Geos in handling operational requests related to DT business and operational issues.
5. Lead the support for PRC Mega/Grande deals and maintain synchronization with the segment.
6. Act as the GEO focal window and provide support for GEO's daily requests.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess relevant work experience in desktop business or product operation, with a good understanding of PRC market dynamics.
2. Have solid experience in business planning and management, capable of effectively promoting target delivery.
3. Proficient in MI & MKT analysis, with the ability to extract and present data-driven insights.
4. Familiar with DT product operation processes, able to coordinate cross-team resources to handle operational issues.
5. Have experience in supporting large-scale deals, with strong communication and coordination skills to sync with relevant segments.
6. Possess good service awareness and communication skills to act as the GEO focal window and respond to daily requests efficiently.
