Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead SW technical solution evaluation and commitment for SW requirements, especially focusing on KSPs and NUDD features.

2. Document technical specifications for complex features to provide clear guidance for development work.

3. Define competitive benchmarks and technical KPI targets for core user experiences.

4. Lead the planning of technical roadmap for product evolution and iteration.

5. Undertake other relevant work assigned by the STPM team.


Job Requirements

1. Possess 5+ years of in-depth SW experience as a Senior Developer or System Engineer (SE) in the Phone/IOT industry, with a comprehensive understanding of the SW system architecture of Phone/IOT projects.

2. Have CET-6 or above, or equivalent English proficiency.

3. Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

4. Experience in software project management or technical leadership is preferred.

5. Experience in IoT/Ecosystem software integration is a plus.

6. Possess excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

7. Have a strong target-oriented and result-driven working style.

8. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

9. Have good communication and coordination skills.

10. Possess strong work resilience and clear thinking in addressing and resolving complex issues.
