Description and Requirements


The Client Manager (Account Manager) is responsible for driving sales and managing key customer relationships across Georgia, Armenia, and Moldova, with a primary focus on the Georgian market. This role owns the end-to-end account strategy, identifying growth opportunities across both Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Intelligent Devices Group (IDG), with a strong emphasis on ISG.

As a key representative of the business in the region, you will build strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and position Lenovo as a trusted partner across the local IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts across Georgia, Romania, and Moldova, with primary focus on Georgia
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth across ISG and IDG portfolios
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive pipeline development
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Travel across the region to support business development and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management within the IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Georgian market and local business environment
  • Experience with infrastructure solutions (ISG) is highly preferred
  • Understanding of end-to-end IT portfolio (ISG + IDG) is an advantage
  • Vendor background (e.g. major IT vendors) is a strong plus
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Native-level Georgian and fluency in English required
