Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, identify, and resolve EDI stuck orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform detailed root‑cause analysis on order failures and partner with cross‑functional teams to implement fixes.
- Serve as first‑line support for EDI order flow issues, escalating complex items as needed.
- Maintain operational dashboards and tracking for EDI errors, stuck orders, and related KPIs.
- Partner with GSC, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Digital Transformation teams to facilitate smooth order processing.
- Support ongoing improvements in the EDI order flow, including data quality and process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 year experience in IT, Business, Operations, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EDI, order management systems, or ERPs (SAP preferred).
- Experience analyzing system errors or order failures.
- Familiarity with API/EDI transactions and mapping concepts.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
