Description and Requirements



Lenovo is seeking an ISG Business Manager to develop and drive commercial strategy, optimize product assortment and pricing, and identify growth opportunities across our server, storage, and solutions product lines in the Benelux region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ISG commercial strategy, product assortment, and pricing to maximize growth and profitability across server, storage, and solutions lines.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on ISG product portfolio and market specifics
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Align with territory and market leadership on priorities and focus areas across all customer segments.
  • Create, own, and communicate quarterly plans including product selections, pricing strategy (including PFV), and promotional campaign roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, providing category tools, levers, and market intelligence to enable success.
  • Prepare quarterly sales-in/sales-out planning in cooperation with distribution and channel teams.
  • Monitor results and propose corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.

Position Requirements

  • Graduate from business uni or equivalent
  • Good with numbers, can demonstrate analytical thinking during interview
  • Professional fluency in English and French (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build alliances.
  • Strong excel skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 30%).
