Working as an IT engineer, daily operation in supply chain and order management area, include biz issue trouble shooting, proactive monitoring, customer care, Intelligent operation(AI), etc.
1. Support system operation of Lenovo SAP ECC/S4,CFOC and other self-developed systems, mainly involved in order placing, supply chain, invoice and other related fields.
2. Assist users to solve the system issues in high quality and quantity based on the urgency; solve monitoring issues and dig out opportunity for the monitoring automation.
3. Record valuable knowledges as the documentation in the knowledge base in high quality.
4. Complete team key tasks assigned by team leader with high quality and quantity, eg:AI related topic.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science or logistics is preferred
2. Familiar with supply chain business, more than 1-2 years experience in SAP ECC/S4 SD module; project implementation or operation, proficient in ECC SD operation;
3. know configuration and integration knowledge with SAP SD, ABAP language understanding is preferred
4. Know AI knowledges/intelligent operation is preferred
5. Strong sense of responsibility and ambitious and good team cooperation and communication
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, good English reading, writing and speaking, can be used as a working language.
