Description and Requirements


The Commercial Software Operations Manager for Europe and META is responsible for driving operational excellence and commercial effectiveness across Lenovo’s software partner ecosystem. This role focuses on optimizing end to end partner operations, including contract management, quote to cash processes, and cross functional execution. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in B2B software operations, partner management, and sales operations, and will work closely with internal teams and external partners across multiple geographies and time zones. This position requires frequent collaboration at a regional and international level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize software partner operations, including contract management, onboarding, reporting, and the full quote to cash lifecycle.
  • Streamline internal operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce friction in partner related sales workflows.
  • Resolve operational interruptions in the sales process in collaboration with Sales Support and IT teams.
  • Define, implement, and monitor KPIs to track partner performance, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes.
  • Leverage CRM, ERP, and other business systems to enhance partner management and sales operations effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary liaison between software partners and internal stakeholders, including BT, Procurement, Global Supply Chain, Enablement, and Order Entry.
  • Support sales and customer success teams by addressing inquiries related to quoting, pricing, costs, enablement, and software fulfillment.
  • Enable and train internal teams across regions on existing and new operational processes to ensure consistent execution.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial partner management, sales operations, business development, or a related role within the B2B software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, enterprise software solutions, and technology partner ecosystems.
  • Proven experience negotiating, structuring, and managing software or technology partnerships.
  • Hands on experience with CRM, ERP, and business intelligence tools, with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, any other language is advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Base gross monthly salary from 2650 EUR , depending on experience + variable part % of your annual earnings.
