Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough credit worthiness assessment on HK and International customers, especially future cash flow and default risk.

2. Make Credit decisions and credit solution recommendations including credit limit amount, credit rating, payment term, risk mitigation methods, etc.

3. Work out risk mitigation solutions including collateral, credit insurance to minimize risk.

4. Monitor customers payments collections, regular review on credit facility, risk exposure and keep optimizing risk portfolio.

5. Communication and negotiation with external partners like banks, insurers, credit agencies as required.

6. Build relationship with corresponding internal teams globally, involve in early stage business discussion, obtain information related to customers, projects and risk points.

7. Visit local and overseas customers to obtain first-hand credit risk related information for a comprehensive in-depth customer review.

8. Research and provide to LPS management, regular insight on macro economies, sovereign risks, industry trends and deliver risk alert when necessary.

9. Assist in design LPS credit policies and methodology, help building LPS credit system and LPS eco system.


Job Requirements:

1. Master degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting related area.

2. 2-5 years Credit related working experience is preferred.

3. Detail-oriented with a solid knowledge of financial analysis.

4. Strong ability in communication and handling pressure in negotiation.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

6. Self-motivated and with teamwork spirit.

7. Language: English – mandatory, English + Japanese – preferred.

8. Work Location: Beijing or Dalian (optional)
