Description and Requirements


We are looking for a proactive and well organized Administrative Assistant who will provide timely and personalized support to the business. In this role, you will support daily administrative operations, travel coordination, expense management, and event organization. This position is ideal for a self driven professional who enjoys working independently and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.


Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time

• Support travel arrangements, including bookings and coordination

• Assist with planning and logistics of internal events and meetings

• Provide general administrative support for daily business activities

• Maintain documentation and support basic reporting and tracking

• Act proactively on routine administrative tasks and follow-ups


Position Requirements

• Completed secondary education; administrative or business focus is an advantage

• Initial experience in an administrative role or internship is a plus

• Good organizational and time‑management skills

• Ability to work independently with guidance when needed

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

• English and Spanish language proficiency required, Italian is advantage
