Description and Requirements

📋 Overall Description: Lenovo is executing a growth-focused strategy with strong emphasis on the development of Mid Market and SMB accounts. As an Inside Account Sales Representative, you will play a strategic role within the organization, driving infrastructure business across an assigned territory while engaging with customers, internal specialists, and Lenovo partners. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, working cross-functionally across multiple areas. Continuous training and enablement are core elements of Lenovo’s talent development strategy, supporting long-term career growth within the company.


🚀Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact, qualify, follow up and generate sales opportunities within an assigned Mid Market and SMB territory.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure solutions, including Datacenter configurations and quotations.
  • Manage opportunity pipeline and sales activities using CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Drive customer lifecycle activities including:
    - Activation of new customers (acquisition)
    - Keep active customers (retention)
    - Development of new customers (develop)
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical specialists and Lenovo business partners to deliver value-based solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with the end customer and partners.

Skills:

  • We are looking for young talent with technical knowledge of data center infrastructure (hardware and software) who is eager to be trained in consultative sales processes.
  • If you have graduated or are currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, are passionate about technology, and want to build your career in value-based sales within a multinational technology company, this opportunity is for you.
  • The ideal candidate is interested in learning and applying Lenovo sales processes, tools, and account management methodologies for the Mid-Market and SMB segments. This role requires a persuasive profile with strong communication and negotiation skills, effective time management, and the ability to use technical tools to develop creative solutions that anticipate and resolve customer needs. A results-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously are essential.
  • Experience using Lenovo Data Center Solution Configurator and/or MS Dynamics is a plus.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
