About Our Team
As a Product Management Specialist, AI, you’ll help define and deliver AI-powered features for Lenovo’s consumer devices. Working closely with our business development team, engineers, designers, and ecosystem partners, you’ll help turn concepts into user-ready experiences, and support all aspect of the definition and development of AI first features - from MCP Apps to Agents- with ecosystem partners.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Assist with cross-functional team meetings, agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups), and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery of AI features.
- Support Product Definition: Analyze competitive landscape and user feedback to help define feature requirements and use cases. write product specs, PRD, and drive to productization.
- Partner Engagement: Help define and drive AI use cases with partners. Track partner deliverables and support partner integration efforts on device platforms.
- Execution & Reporting: Monitor feature performance metrics (e.g., usage, latency, satisfaction), prepare reports, and summarize findings for senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in technical project coordination, product operations, or software delivery—bonus if related to AI/ML.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills; experience with data-driven decision-making tools.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., model inference, APIs, agents, MCP, tools calling, MCP Apps/Ext apps).
- Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating across global teams.
- Able to adequately use AI tools to multiple your impact as a product manager and accelerate POC.
- Knowledge of Android and Windows Development, and able to tailor experiences for each platform.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $85K - $95K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
