Description and Requirements

Position Overview

Lenovo’s Investor Relations (IR) team is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional who can help strengthen how Lenovo communicates its financial performance and strategy to the global investment community. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership, support investor engagement activities worldwide, and provide insights that contribute to effective strategic communication in a fast-paced technology environment. You will also bring strong composure, accountability, and collaboration—particularly in time-sensitive, high-visibility moments.

What You’ll Do

  • Market and investor analysis: Assess market sentiment, competitor performance, and capital market trends to anticipate investor priorities, evaluate risks, and support IR planning.
  • Insight management: Maintain and update databases of investor feedback, analyst coverage, and key market developments to continuously refine messaging and stakeholder engagement.
  • Investor events support: Coordinate investor events, roadshows, and conferences across global markets. Lead post-event debriefs and support tracking of key IR actions and outcomes.
  • Earnings and executive communications: Assist with earnings calls and investor day preparation, including executive briefing materials and Q&A readiness. Ensure timely follow-ups and document key learnings.
  • Financial reporting and storytelling: Support preparation of earnings releases, quarterly materials, and investor presentations—clearly translating financial results and business context for external audiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred areas of study include Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; hybrid backgrounds combining technical/quantitative expertise with finance or economics are strongly preferred.
  • Relevant experience / interest: Experience in Buy-side, Sell-side, Investor Relations, FP&A, or corporate finance is a plus. Candidates with strong interest in building IR and capital markets expertise are encouraged to apply.
  • Analytical strengths: Solid command of financial analysis and accounting fundamentals, with familiarity in valuation and modeling approaches such as DCF, comparable analysis, and scenario modeling.
  • Capital markets perspective: Demonstrated understanding (or strong willingness to develop knowledge) of investor dynamics and emerging technology trends relevant to our business.
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, with professional and stakeholder-focused communication.
  • Composure under pressure: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines, particularly around earnings and major investor events.
  • Teamwork & collaboration: Demonstrated teamwork mindset and willingness to collaborate across functions and geographies; comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in a coordinated environment.
If you are selected for the next interview stage, Lenovo will use a third-party company called Harver to assess your skills match for this position. By applying, you agree that Lenovo may share your email, along with your first and last name, with Harver.
