At Lenovo/Motorola, we’re looking for a Sales Retail Intern to join our B2C Sales Team in Madrid. Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Motorola Iberia Smartphone Team, you’ll work directly with the B2C Sales Manager to help shape our business strategy in Spain. Your role will be including:
- Support the B2C Sales Manager in shaping Motorola’s business strategy in Spain.
- Conduct competition analysis and track competitor activities.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and weekly KPIs.
- Engage with key customers and retail partners.
- Assist in product and promotional strategy execution.
- Support retail teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical, product, finance, and sales teams across Europe.
The role will evolve according to the speed of learning, and the desires of the candidate as the mission progresses. You will have the chance to evolve in a recent entity in full development, all in an entrepreneurial spirit where product expertise and sales will be mixed. This work-study program will allow you to understand the sales process in a company from start to finish, understand the role of the different partners in the sector, and master the technical aspects of smartphones. You will have regular interactions with the technical and product teams as well as the support functions in Europe.
Position requirements:
- Strong interest in technology, smartphones, and market trends.
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn – you take the initiative and think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility, but you also know when to ask for help.
- Fluent Spanish and good English (Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Have a background in commercial education and be eligible for an internship agreement and available for 6–12 months in Madrid.
